This Privacy Policy explains how AKN Games handles information in our mobile games and on this website. AKN Games is a brand of AKN Teknoloji Bilişim ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"), the data controller.
1. Information in our games
- Game progress (levels, items, settings) is saved only on your device. We do not receive it.
- We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
- Our games do not show advertisements and do not use advertising IDs.
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools in our games.
2. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We never see your payment card or billing details. Google Play gives the game a purchase confirmation (such as the product and an order ID) so that the purchased item can be delivered. See the Google Privacy Policy.
3. When you contact us
If you write to support@akngames.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to answer you and to solve your problem. We keep support emails for up to 2 years and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
4. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party fonts and scripts. Like any website, the hosting service (GitHub Pages) may process your IP address in its server logs to deliver the page securely.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services (for example, our email provider), or when the law requires it.
6. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Deleting your data
- Game data is stored on your device. You can delete it by clearing the game's data or uninstalling the game.
- To delete your support emails, write to support@akngames.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. 9. Changes to this policy
If we add new features that use personal data (for example cloud saves or analytics), we will update this policy and the date above before those features go live.
